It is my goal to provide superior service to my clients, by finding the right commercial or residential property for them at the right price; or sell their property quickly for the maximum dollar amount. I have years of experience, successfully negotiating contracts for my clients. Over the years, many of my clients have bought and sold real estate; and I was integrally involved in those negotiations as well.

My Qualifications

 

I have unique credentials:

  • I was a practicing CPA for many years; and I still have my first accounting client.

  • I also taught Accounting at California State University - Los Angeles for 6 1/2 years.

  • I have done forensic accounting for many years, and work well with attorneys.

  • I was instrumental in negotiating the sale of one of my clients to DuPont and another to a different large public company, and others to smaller entities.

My tax experience will be invaluable to you, as I know the tax laws and know how to apply them for the benefit of my clients. Buying a primary residence, an investment property or a commercial property for use or investment will let me be creative, using the tax laws and financing to your advantage. I am also well versed in Section 1031 Exchanges.

In addition to tax laws, I am very familiar with the financing end of purchasing real estate, as I have years of experience in this field. Also, I work with a successful Mortgage Loan Originator and we make a wonderful team for you. She closes loans quickly and efficiently and we give you "over the top" personal service. 

I have advanced analytical skills that allow me to search for the right property at the right price. Numbers were my business for so long that it is second nature for me to use them for your benefit. My teaching experience gives me the ability to communicate at every level; and make sure that you have all the information you need and understand it, before making a decision. I involve you in the process.
In my business life, as in my personal life, communication is of the upmost importance. I hate surprises when it comes to business matters, and I am sure you do too. Constant updating and dialogue prevent surprises, and makes the process a positive experience.
